SALON POLICIES

WELCOME TO KD NAILS STUDIO!

These are our salon policies. We have the right to add or alter any policy within our business at anytime.

• Walk-Ins are welcomed! These clients will be taken based on our availability.

• Please try to give us 24 hour notice of a cancellation. We understand life sometimes does not go as planned. If you do not have the ability to know in advance, please try to at least let us know.

• 2% CHARGE ON CARDS TRANSACTIONS!

• All booked clients should arrive on time for their booked appointments. There is a 5-10 minute grace period. If a client goes over this time and does not notify us, your appointment will become a walk in status.

• We love all of our conversations with our clients. However we ask all clients to be mindful of language and subject matter as there may be younger guests with us.

• IF THERE ARE OTHER CLIENTS PRESENT LIMIT YOUR PHONE CALLS.

• FIXES: If something happens to your nails always feels free to call us and let us know your situation.

◦ If you get a brand new set with us and within 3 days something happens please call us. We will gladly figure out the best solution and fix it.

◦ We take pride in our work and if something happens to your nail be honest at what happened. This is not to put blame on anyone, but we want to know what happened to figure out the solution that best fits the situation.

◦ Free of charge fixes do not apply to regular polish services.

◦ Being honest is the best way to figure out if there is an issue with a set or nail enhancement (full sets, builder gel overlays, powder overlays)

◦ There will be no refunds offered ever. No refunds on all services and gift card purchases.

GIFT CARDS EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

• All Pricing is not set in stone. Every service can have different charges depending on what is done, add ons, and etc. Please feel comfortable to discuss this with us. We don’t want to surprise clients. We are very up front.

• We reserve the right to turn away any client at anytime in our establishment.

• NO REFUNDS, ON ALL SERVICES AND GIFT CARDS!

• NO PETS.

• PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS NEEDED IN ORDER TO BE HONORED. LOSING A GIFT CARD IS ON YOU.

• LIMIT ADDITIONAL GUESTS THAT ARE NOT GETTING SERVICED ACCOMPANYING YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

• Let’s all remember nails is a luxury and we are here to give great service and have fun conversations! We hope and want all of our experiences to be positive and comfortable.
